Do I need a boating licence?
You don’t need one in advance. The team provides a temporary boating licence and thorough instructions for your rental. New boaters are welcome.
How old do I need to be?
The renter must be 21 or older and present valid identification, including a driver’s licence.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes. Life jackets are supplied for everyone on board, including children. You can also bring your own.
Is fuel included?
Fuel is extra for boat rentals. Your boat starts with a full tank, and you pay for the fuel used on your return. Surf charter packages include fuel.
Can someone else do the driving?
Yes. Ask about adding a certified captain to your rental, or choose a captained charter.
Can you deliver to our dock?
Boat delivery is available around Okanagan Lake. Contact the team to confirm your location, timing and delivery arrangements before booking.
