Bring the essentials.
A valid driver’s licence, your payment card, sunscreen and water. Renters must be 21 or older.
Arrive 15 minutes early.
Leave time to load your gear, complete the rental safety checklist and learn the boat’s controls. A late arrival does not extend your rental.
Safe boating comes first.
Life jackets are provided for everyone. The operator must remain sober. No boating licence is required in advance; the mandatory safety checklist is completed at pickup.
Understand your booking.
Rental rates are in Canadian dollars. Tax and fuel are extra. A damage deposit and signed waiver are required.
Cancellation and weather terms apply. Review the business’s current policy and confirm your reservation details before paying.
Find your pickup.
Confirm the meeting location with the team. They list Water Street and Cook Road locations, and offer delivery on Okanagan Lake.
